Thank you to the sponsors advertising on this site, whose support will help with future development.

If schools are interested in developing their own landing page and intranet, please contact Lisa Dedden at There is no charge for this service and may even result in an income stream for your school.

  • Meet the Staff

Hi, I'm Sharon. General Manager of Peer Support Australia. It has been my privilege to work with this great organisation and this wonderful team of staff for almost 15 years. The daily testimonials we receive, regarding the great outcomes schools are experiencing, make coming to work every day a pleasure. The one below from Waikerie Primary School, South Australia is just an example.

"We wanted a program that would have the following outcomes:

    • See our R-7 students form a bond that would take them through their Primary Years
    • Student leaders playing a more active role in school life
    • Group members recognising, interacting and helping each other in the playground
    • Build on independence, but also encourage positive group skills
    • Half an hour per week of fun activities, giving kids the opportunity to laugh, (something that some of them don’t do much),
while at the same time reinforcing our school values of Care, Confidence, Honesty, Persistence, Respect and Responsibility

These outcomes are being achieved as Peer Support becomes embedded in our weekly routine."
